The phrase so often is ‘you need to be there to see it’ and that is so true when it comes to event reporting. However, it is not always possible. If you are miles away from the host, or have a schedule clash that you cannot amend, there is sometimes no choice but to miss out. You can’t be in two places at the same time after all…Except you, or rather you publication could be. Throughout my career I’ve reported on numerous events, from product and vehicle launches, testing days through to big exhibitions. I’ve sat through conferences and asked questions of MPs and CEOs to get a scoop and aim an article at a publication’s readers.

There is more to an event than turning up. Preparation is mandatory, whether this is consulting an exhibitor list and booking appointments to speak with people, researching an agenda and preparing questions or learning about the company and its background to understand every minute of the day, it all leads to a compelling article.

I am able to represent your publication or company at any event, launch or show and will produce copy that accurately describes everything that a reader would want to know.
